Just like you said, all the costumes outside of the cash shop look pretty much the same, and making the cash shop costumes more affordable, or atleast account wide, would'nt solve the problem of everyone looking the same. Oh well, as of now, there is no winning for people like us. It's just not done in good faith, I'm afraid.

The most humorous part is that the same problem happens when you actually buy from the cash shop because you will very much likely want to wear a full set (hello to costume set bonuses!), so variety is killed even at the cash shop level, requiring you to purchase dyes. You simply cannot use any in-game item as a skin. The rest of the sets and anything crafted matter nothing when it comes to looks because you cannot use their look on top of your chosen gear. The truth of this game is that there's only one or two sets of gear you will ever want to wear and which you can acquire as early as lv1 (specially when you are leveling alts). I keep seeing people defend this with arguments like 'you can craft items' or 'there's other sets of gear to wear'. The problem with people looking the same without cash shop items is that there is no gear skinning system at all (Apart from the absurd dye system of course, but this one is so comically tragic that I'll skip it) I've tried saying this thing in multiple threads before, so here goes my last bullet: You will be permabanned for all the above with no warning. Visible breast/genitalia modifications (including both sexes), clothing/removal mods, or NSFW content of all classes, regardless of lore age or age of appearance. Bikini/underwear or revealing content of any class that lore-wise or appears underage, even if they are purchased in-game. The following is banned: NSFW/lewd/nude/clothing mod/sexualized content of classes that are underage or classes that appear to be under 18 years.Additionally, posts that violate both site Reddiquette and the Content Policy will be removed.
